Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people
Cancellation/Refunds: Full refund if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival. 50% refund thereafter.
Prepay: 50% of booking fee is due upon booking, last 50% due upon arrival.

**To comply with insurance and fire regulations: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may persons other than those identified on the booking form occupancy at the cottage. NO OVER-OCCUPANCY ALLOWED. All persons staying must be identified upon booking no exceptions.
