About Sweetwater Cottage
Sweetwater cottage’s open kitchen & living design boosts beautiful cathedral ceilings and large windows over looking the waters of the Grand Lake. Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets from the living room or out on the large wrap around deck or even in the hot tub.
Outside you can relax in a 7 person hot tub, sit on the deck that has a BBQ, walk around the 1.4 acres property enjoying the flower gardens or walk on the beach. Relax on the beach while the kids build sand castles and enjoy swimming.

Rooms & Views
On the main floor the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes, cookware you will need. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, record player, couch, love seat. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on this level as well.
On the second level there are three large bedrooms with awesome views. The master bedroom has a balcony. There is one bedroom with a King bed and two bedrooms with queen beds. The full bathroom is located on this level as well and is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and flush.

About the Grand Lake
The traditional word for Grand Lake is “Kchee’quis” meaning Big Lake. In early 1600s Maliseet and Mi’kmaq peoples inhabited areas around the Grand Lake.
Located in Central New Brunswick, about approximately 40 kilometres east of Fredericton, Grand Lake is the largest open body of water in the province of New Brunswick, being a total of 20 kilometers long and 5 kilometres wide.
The lake is popular for boating, swimming, fishing etc for both locals and visitors. There are many beaches and wharves on the shores of the lake for swimmers and boaters.
Sweetwater cottage is located on the of the Grand Lake and once our 60ft new dock is installed you can come by boat or car to our beautiful beach house rental.
